1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the phwin21 platform, including visitors, registered players, and any person who accesses any part of the phwin21 website or services. • You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.
• You have not previously had a phwin21 account terminated for breach of these Terms.
• You are of sound mind and are not using phwin21 services under duress or compulsion.

phwin21 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension or closure.

3. Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on phwin21. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. phwin21 employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts, and any accounts identified as duplicates may be closed without notice, with balances forfeited.

When registering your phwin21 account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must update it promptly if any details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phwin21 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. phwin21 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect that your phwin21 account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify phwin21 support immediately via live chat. phwin21 may temporarily suspend your account pending investigation of any reported security breach.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

phwin21 supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed in your phwin21 account dashboard and may be updated from time to time.

All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. phwin21 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source may be reversed, and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the registered account holder. phwin21 processes GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within minutes under normal operating conditions. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank may take one to three business hours. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required.

phwin21 reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal pending completion of identity verification, investigation of suspected fraud or bonus abuse, or compliance with applicable regulations. In such cases, phwin21 will notify the affected player and provide a reasonable timeframe for resolution.

• Deposits are credited to your phwin21 account balance in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
• phwin21 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Currency conversion fees may apply if your payment method operates in a currency other than PHP.
• Funds deposited into your phwin21 account are held for gaming purposes only and do not accrue interest.
• phwin21 is not a bank and your account balance is not a deposit in the financial services sense.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

phwin21 offers bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for that promotion only.

Bonuses are credited to your phwin21 account in accordance with the applicable promotion terms. Unless stated otherwise, bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts are specified in each promotion's individual terms.

phwin21 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonuses that have already been credited to a player's account and are subject to active wagering requirements will not be retroactively cancelled without reasonable cause.

6. Gameplay Rules

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on phwin21 and may result in immediate account suspension, termination, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on phwin21.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with phwin21 games or services.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage.

• Attempting to launder money or use phwin21 for any illegal financial activity.

phwin21 employs fraud detection systems that monitor account activity continuously. Where prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected, phwin21 may freeze account funds pending investigation. Players found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will not be entitled to any funds held in their account at the time of closure.

phwin21's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their phwin21 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude phwin21's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

11. Privacy & Data

phwin21 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where:

• A player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• phwin21 is required to do so by law, regulation, or order of a competent authority.
• phwin21 reasonably suspects fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• A player has provided false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• An account has been inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, phwin21 reserves the right to withhold any balance in the account. phwin21 will provide written notice of account closure where reasonably practicable, except where immediate closure is required for legal or security reasons.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. phwin21 operates within PAGCOR-regulated guidelines and complies with applicable Philippine gaming regulations.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines, with venue in Metro Manila, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

14. Amendments

phwin21 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, phwin21 will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where reasonably practicable, notify registered players via email or in-platform notification.
